At A+R, we stand by the craftsmanship of our curated home collections and offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
