Multiple award-winning Plopp’s artfully crumpled contours make it an avatar of Zieta’s ingenious way with metal. With its whimsical but balanced 3-legged look, the stool is brought to life through the breakthrough FIDU technique whereby a pair of ultra-thin steel sheets are welded together around the edges. Inflating the construction under high pressure results in the distinctive shape, at once remarkably light and very durable and rendered in a choice of glossy, matte and metallic finishes.
