J-Chair Lounge
Description
With a lower seat and the relaxing incline of its backrest, Zieta extends its J-Chair offerings with a standout lounge version. Originally created for the Museum Jerke, a contemporary art showplace in the west German city of Recklinghausen, the chair references the museum's architectural motif. Divided into sections, the building's walls give the impression of cuts in the facade. Similarly, the lounge seating's surface has deep decorative grooves in the otherwise liquid-smooth surface.
