Wire Table Lamp

Description

A spiral of wire rope widens to a hemisphere at the top in Verner Panton’s iconic 1972 table lamp. The legendary Danish designer often favored workaday materials and his Wire series underscores that aesthetic. Atop the cylindrical chrome-plated wire framework, a domed cap in polished white plastic serenely reflects the bulb’s glow.
