Hive Pendant

Description

Design legend Verner Panton’s heretofore unproduced beehive-like pendant lamp achieves a captivating sculptural effect with its layering of concentric shades. Powder-coated in an apropos yellow, Hive is based on drawings found in the late designer’s archive by Verpan. Often turning to nature for inspiration, Panton’s interpretation of this organic shape offers a glare-free downward light as well as a diffused surrounding glow.
