Designer Søren Refsgaard introduces Sild, a tray that functions as both a cutting board and an implement for serving at the same time. An elegant composition of small wooden pieces in teak forms an elegant herringbone pattern which emphasizes the many nuances and grains in the sustainably sourced wood. Sild means “herring” in Danish, which makes a nod to its Nordic roots.Â
