Normann Copenhagen extends its Slice series in this table with a solid linoleum surface instead of the original plank-top version. Linoleum is a natural product known for its anti-bacterial and self-healing properties, and the velvety surface is soft and pleasing to the touch. Designer Hans Hornemann underscores the sturdy nature of the natural oak frame with slightly angled and tapered legs that are attached with workmanlike exposed bolts. Attractive and hardwearing, Slice makes not only an ideal dining table in both residential and hospitality settings but also functions as alternative to a writing desk at home or in the office.
