Simon Legald considers the honest simplicity of Danish design and recasts it with a hi-tech spin in his Herit Chair. The anchor piece for his aptly named collection (a shortening of the word “heritage”) sees its seat and back fashioned in plastic instead of the traditional wood, molded over a core of foam to create its ergonomic contours.
