Danish designer Simon Legald is in rare Form with this collection introduced in 2015 for Normann Copenhagen. His seamless polypropylene shell chair is the result of more than 20 prototypes created over 3 years. The result is clean-lined minimalism, deftly marrying the molded plastic seat with the chair frame, available in walnut or oak. The sturdy materials and contoured shape mean hours of comfortable seating. "I had an idea of what the ideal chair should look like," Simon says. "I analyzed hundreds of chairs from different periods during the design process."
