In supersize versions, each with a multiple-footlong expanse, Muuto’s signature table adds rolling castors to accommodate activities for a crowd with easy mobility. Finnish designer Mika Tolvanen’s rectangular Base finds use in the home, work area or public space with its strong but lightweight construction in extruded aluminum and an extra-durable acrylic paint finish. Tabletop choices include oak veneer, laminate and linoleum, all with a plywood edge; the laminate also offers an ABS plastic trim option.
