3D Dining Chair: Center Base

With its classic center base, 3D Dining Chair from Gubi puts the emphasis on its innovative molded seat. Designed by Boris Berlin and Poul Christiansen of Copenhagen's Komplot Design, the thickness of the veneer is half the usual, with variations in oak, American walnut or black stained beech. Ergonomically shaped for long-sitting comfort and with its all edges gently rounded, the chair's lightness and subtle refinement has won wide recognition, including permanent placement in NYC's Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).
