Designer Hans Sandgren Jakobsen pushed the prosperities of molded plywood to the limit when he unveiled his Gallery Stool in 1998. Part sculpture, part seating, the emphasis is on the simple curves that convey a lyrical character that has been recognized with numerous international accolades in the interim. Rendered in FSC 70% black-ash mix or lacquered walnut, it's a sleekly dynamic β and conversation-generating β addition to all manner of interior settings.
