Silhouetted in a contrasting color, the large version of Asplund’s hand-knotted Gems Outlined, like its sister rugs, displays an allover pattern of faceted jewels as conceived by designer Damian Williamson. From the Tibetan Thin series, the rug features a base in 100% wool and delineation in a mix of wool and Tencel, a lustrous wood-based fiber, with a finer knot and shorter pile height to emphasize the intricate motif.
